Sometimes our devices don’t like to cooperate with us and I want to help out. I love technology and enjoy solving tricky problems.
I’ll come to your place (or Zoom in remotely) where you can show me the problem. I can either fix it on my own or show you what I do so you can learn for next time.
I got Henry to fix a few issues on my laptop and iPad. My goodness he was great on time professional and did a great job. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Would def use him again in a heartbeat.
Henry dropped by, he was on time and called ahead to confirm. He did a great job for me. Problem was more technical than I could manage, yet not quite important enough to spend tons of $$ to fix. Henry spent some time and worked out my issues. Great guy, did a super job. Highly recommend.

Henry's Tech Help began as a small way to make money during college breaks. After I graduated, it turned into a near-full-time job. For a few years now, I have been employed full-time, doing a lot of what I've done for my clients.
Since I work full-time my availability has dramatically decreased, and I am not able to work with everyone who reaches out to me. I am still able to squeeze in some appointments during the evenings and weekends.
